The Hotel Franceschi project involves the transformation of a historic landmark HOTEL in Forte dei Marmi into a luxury boutique hotel. Once a symbol of the town’s elegance, the building will be carefully restored to preserve its original character while introducing modern comforts and a refined, villa-like atmosphere.
The renovated hotel will feature 12 elegant master suits, a wellness center, restaurant, and generous common areas, with the ground floor dedicated to shared and service spaces. The design aims to honor the legacy of Nella and Achille Franceschi by reimagining the building as a place of discreet, high-quality hospitality.
Extensive structural interventions will address the building’s deteriorated condition, including the reconstruction of floors and roofs, wall reinforcement, and the addition of a new underground level for services. The facades will be fully restored with historically appropriate colors and materials, while the garden will be carefully restructured to retain its character and comply with local regulations.
The project also includes a new outdoor travertine-lined swimming pool, upgraded accessibility features, and designated parking. Hotel Franceschi is set to become a renewed icon of hospitality in Forte dei Marmi—deeply rooted in history, yet ready for contemporary luxury.
