Paradise Cove Antigua is an 81-hectare redevelopment project in Nonsuch Bay designed to harmonize luxury living with the island’s natural landscape. The project’s primary vision is to achieve complete visual integrity by seamlessly integrating structures into the environment using local stones, woods, and earth tones to prevent the visual dissonance often associated with traditional colonial styles. This sustainable approach includes the renovation of high-value existing structures—such as the “President Villas” originally designed by Gianni Gamondi—alongside the removal of unsuitable unfinished buildings to restore the area’s natural character.
The masterplan introduces a massive 70,000 sqm artificial lake as a central feature, surrounded by a 42,500 sqm Family Lake Hotel and several specialized resort clusters including the Lookout, Lakeview, and Heaven Hill resorts. Infrastructure highlights include a new 50-gate marina, a 1.8km sea promenade, and a panoramic restaurant, all complemented by a dedicated photovoltaic park for sustainable energy. To support both guests and the local community, the development also features a polyfunctional center housing a medical facility, sports center, and commercial supermarket.
