The building is located in a focal point among the interventions of strong transformation that concern this quadrant of the city.

On the one hand, the Prada foundation that began the regeneration of the area, followed by the development up to Viale Ortles, with Piazza Olivetti and the new headquarters of Fastweb, SNAM and the winning project of Reinventing Cities by Carlo Ratti,

on the other hand, the Scalo di Porta Romana and the project for the Village of the 2026 Winter Olympics together with Piazzale Corvetto, one of the 5 squares protagonists of the new 2030 Master Plan and finally the completion of the development of the Santa Giulia district.

Existing 17,000sqft offices to be converted into 71 residential flats.

The project seeks the symbiosis between architecture and landscape, so that the synthesis of artificial and natural elements generates the quality of living, the sense of belonging of the inhabitants and the identity of the intervention.

Taking advantage of the dimensional characteristics of the long lot and narrow, we imagined a composition of two buildings – the Palazzo Urbano and the Palazzo nel Parco – integrated into a large one that forms a sort of gradient from public to private.
