Manuel hails from Italy and came to the UK in 2008. Having begun working as an agent in 2001, focusing on investments and development, he has over 20 years’ experience in the property sector.

Manuel later went on to create Setha, through which he runs several projects around London and the South East. As well as being passionate about property, he is a keen sportsman and enjoys playing golf, tennis and football.

John has over 35 years of experience in the property sector specialising in acquisition and development of assets with a potential hidden value.

John has successfully achieved more than 100 planning permissions and acquired and sold more 1,000 properties all over the UK with the majority in London and the Home Counties.

Gabriele has over 10 years’ experience in the commercial and residential real estate financial sector, having arranged development financings of over £150 million. He also boasts strong experience in financial planning and arranging fixed and working capital finance solutions.

He has worked for Setha since 2017. Outside of his work at Setha, Gabriele enjoys going to the theatre.

Engineer specialized in the civil and environmental sector with over 20 years of experience. In recent years he acquired part of ENEL’s property spin-off , which he coordinated and managed. He followed and coordinated on behalf of primary companies/funds all the exploratory activities for the acquisition of many properties in the main Italian cities.  He has been managing important civil construction works (+€ 300 million) as director and coordinator for the execution of works.

Annalisa co-founded Setha alongside her partner, Manuel. She has worked for over 10 years as a financial controller for public listed companies and brings this experience to Setha, where she oversees the company’s financial activities alongside Gabriele.

When Annalisa is not at work, she enjoys sport and is a keen runner.

Lucio has over 15 years’ experience in furniture and interior design and has been well recognised in the industry for his ability to blend creativity and technical knowledge. With his incredible eye for detail, he also has specific skills in logistics and project coordination, achieving great results in every project he is committed to.

Since 2012, Lucio has worked as Managing Director of The Italian Job Furniture Ltd., which delivers design consultancy and furniture supply to Setha. Outside of work, he still finds the time for his passions including buying old Bianchi and Vespa and returning them to their former glory.

Cristina comes from a solid and qualified background in Italy where she spent most of her career before moving to UK.

Chartered structural engineer, Cristina has more than 15 year of experience in planning, design, project coordination and site management of civil and industrial projects.

At Setha, Cristina is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in time and within the budget.

Outside of her work, Cristina likes travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Daniele spent several years working within the construction industry, before enrolling in university. After his Master in Architecture from the University IUAV, he acquired a high standard in manual and graphic representation working as an Assistant Architect in Venice, Milan and then London, where he became a fully registered Part III.
At Setha he brings a unique set of technical skills, including a strong proficiency in 2D & 3D drawing, to every project that he works on during on all aspects of the development.

With is multi-year experience in real estate market, Roberto has gained a unique knowledge.

Particularly attentive in following the acquisition and sale phases, as well as skilled in identifying potential developments.
